We support you in Italian, English or German, from your first message to your check-ups after returning home.
What the free top surgery consultation includes
- A first conversation with a member of our team in Italian, English or German.
- A preliminary assessment by the partner surgeon, with an indication of which technique might suit you.
- A written quote listing what is included (surgery, anaesthesia, hospital stay, hotel, transfers, interpreter, check-ups).
- Answers to your questions about top surgery requirements, preparation, recovery and travel.

Helpful information
The more you share, the more precise the first assessment can be. None of this is mandatory:
- Approximate height and weight.
- Health information: chronic conditions, medication, allergies, previous surgery, smoking.
- Any current hormone therapy and how long you have been on it (not a requirement for chest masculinization).
- Your goals: for example a flat chest, keeping your nipples, a non-binary result.
- Optionally, photos of your chest from the front and side. Photos are only sent privately, after the first contact, and are never needed to get started.
Privacy
Health information and photos are particularly sensitive data. We only process them with your explicit consent, share them solely with the partner surgeon carrying out the assessment, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time. Details in our privacy policy.

Yes. The consultation, the partner surgeon's preliminary assessment and the written quote are free and without any obligation.
No, photos are optional. They can make the first assessment more precise, but they are only sent privately and only if you wish. The final plan is always set during the in-person consultation.
No. Hormone therapy is not a requirement for chest masculinization. For breast augmentation in trans women a period of hormone therapy is generally suggested – we discuss this during the consultation. See also top surgery requirements.
